Merri-bek City Council Parking Fines Refund Scheme (partial refund)
How to claim a refund
You may apply for a partial refund if you meet the eligibility criteria. When you apply for a refund, you must provide either the infringement number or the vehicle registration number and year of offence.
You will need to provide evidence to support your application – either correspondence relating to the infringement or proof that you owned or used the vehicle around the time of the offence.
You will need to provide bank account details in order to receive a refund.
The Parking Fines Refund Scheme (partial refund) will be open until 30 June 2026.
Read the information below before you start your application and have your documents ready as you will not be able to save the application and come back at a later time.
